Buoyed by the success of the British Isles Word Map, we approached Alison about our idea for a map reflecting the character of our most popular city - London.
The design is an intoxicating mix of cultures and history. Making it has certainly taught us a thing or two about the lesser-known boroughs, as well as allowing us to celebrate those well-known cliches which make up the city's diverse heritage.
Alison's loving touch and utterly unique typographic style has brought the idea to life. The map is skilfully hand-drawn and printed as a lithograph onto 200gsm, 100% recycled paper.
